The village of Kranevo is situated 23 km northeasterly of Varna, 4,5 km from Albena resort and 7 km from Golden sands, only 20 minutes driving from Varna international airport.
There is a dense forest to the north of the village, in the valley of Batova river. Kranevo is of immediate closeness to the natural reserve of Baltata, and Kranevska river passes near the village. The wide beach line is covered by fine golden sand, the sea near the coastline is shallow and clean. The two campings of Exotica and International are immediately next to the beach.
The combination of spring mineral water, clean air, sea climate and wonderful beach, makes the place very attractive for the tourists, who search quietness and calmness.
The population of the village is about 700 people.
In Kranevo there is a medical service, 2 kindergartens, schools, regular transport, a post office, hotels, pubs, shops, cable TV, internet.
