The village of Balgarevo is situated 65 km north of Varna, 60 minutes driving from Varna Internationa airport, 25 km from Balchik and 40 km from Albena resort.
Balgarevo is situated on the Black sea coast, close to Kaliakra cape. In the numerous caves there are seals, and you can see dolphins in the sea.
The village is close to Rousalka resort, the region of Dalboka, which is famous for the clam farm, and also Bolata – a very beautiful small gulf near the cape of Kaliakra. During the lasr years Balgarevo developed its infrastructure, it encreased the offers for staying at private rooms, which offer very god conditions. The village develops rural tourism.
The population of the village is 1500 people.
Balgarevo offers regular public transport, a schools, 2 churches, a post office, shops, pubs, discoteques.
