The village of Chernevo is situated 36 km west of Varna, 25 minutes driving from Varna international airport.
It is located among deciduous forests, about 10 km from Varna-Sofia highway road.
The population of the village is about 1300 people.
The village developes rural tourism. The dam of Barite and the attractive touristic complex of Barite is only 1 km from the village.
Some of the 500 houses in the village are already bought by foreigners.
Chernevo offers regular bus and rail-way transport, cable TV, shops, a market, pubs, a post office, medical services- a doctor and a dentist, a community center, schools, kindergarten etc.
